welcome to pr running

pr running is a comprehensive training program for competitive or recreational runners. We make it our mission to assist you in reaching your personal goals and achievements in the sport of running.

  • if you are a high school runner looking to improve your 5k or 400m time, pr running is for you
  • if you are looking to improve your fitness level by competing in area 5k road races, pr running is for you
  • if you are a long time runner, looking to drop your 10k time or possibly run your first 1/2 marathon, pr running is for you
